Pakistan defeated South Africa by four wickets in the third T20I in Lahore to seal the three-match series 2-1.

After winning the toss, Pakistan captain Agha Salman opted to field first. The decision paid off immediately as Shaheen Afridi struck twice in the opening over, putting the visitors under early pressure. Despite efforts from Reeza Hendricks (34), Corbin Bosch (30), and Ferreira, South Africa continued to lose wickets at regular intervals and were restricted to 139 for 9 in their 20 overs.

Shaheen Afridi led the bowling attack with three wickets, while Faheem Ashraf and debutant Usman Tariq claimed two wickets each.

Chasing 140, Pakistan had a shaky start as Saim Ayub was dismissed for a duck and Sahibzada Farhan managed 19. Babar Azam then anchored the innings with a composed 68, supported by captain Agha Salman, who added 33 runs before being caught out.

Pakistan reached the target in the 19th over with six wickets down, securing a 4-wicket victory and taking the T20 series 2-1.
