Play Cricket, Continue Education PCB and Beaconhouse Join Hands for Educational Scholarships for Young Cricketers

Lahore : Play cricket, continue your education young Pakistani cricketers will now have the opportunity to pursue both, thanks to an educational scholarship agreement signed between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Education Services Limited (Beaconhouse).

A signing ceremony was held at the PCB headquarters, with PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi attending as the chief guest. The agreement was signed by PCB Chief Operating Officer Sameer Ahmed and Beaconhouse Chief Executive Qasim Kasuri.

Under this partnership, 120 outstanding players from Under-15, Under-17, and Under-19 categories across the country’s 16 regions will receive free education. The educational scholarship program will remain effective for three years.

Chairman Mohsin Naqvi appreciated Beaconhouse’s initiative to support the educational development of young cricketers, saying,

This partnership will allow our emerging players to focus on both their sport and education. It’s a visionary step that will deliver long-term benefits.

He added that the collaboration with Beaconhouse will help meet the educational needs of future cricket stars, and the scope of the scholarship program will be expanded to benefit even more talented players in the future.

The ceremony was also attended by Pakistan White-ball Team Head Coach Mike Hesson, Director Domestic Cricket Abdullah Khurram Niazi, and GM Domestic Cricket Junaid Zia. Representing Beaconhouse were COO Ali Ahmed Khan, AD Operations Faisal Nisar, GM Syeda Erum Naqvi, and Sports Manager Tania Malik.
