Andre Fletcher tops DP World ILT20 Auction with USD 260,000 deal

West Indies’ Andre Fletcher emerged as the highest-paid player at the historic first-ever DP World ILT20 Season 4 Auction, signing with MI Emirates for USD 260,000. England’s Scott Currie followed closely at USD 250,000 for Dubai Capitals, while Liam Dawson went to Gulf Giants for USD 170,000.

UAE pacers also attracted big bids, with Junaid Siddique joining Sharjah Warriorz for USD 170,000 and Muhammad Rohid going to MI Emirates for USD 140,000. Notably, several Associate Nation players and rising UAE talents were picked, including Faisal Khan, the first Saudi Arabian to be bought at the auction.

The six-team, 34-match tournament kicks off on 2 December 2025 (UAE National Day) and concludes on 4 January 2026.
