Riyadh Set to Host 6th Islamic Solidarity Games This November

In just four months, the global sporting community will gather in Riyadh for the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, a celebration of peace, unity, and hope. Scheduled from 7–21 November 2025, the event marks a historic return to Saudi Arabia, two decades after the inaugural Games were held in Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif.

The Games will bring together athletes from 57 member countries of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, showcasing not only world-class competition but also the shared values and cultural diversity of participating nations.

With 21 sports and 2 para sports on the programme, Riyadh 2025 promises to be a landmark edition. The city’s state-of-the-art facilities and rising reputation for hosting major international events make it an ideal stage for this prestigious gathering.
