Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board Mohsin Naqvi has announced jobs for unemployed players of the national hockey team. The announcement was made during a meeting with the players led by national team captain Imad Butt.

Mohsin Naqvi congratulated the players for qualifying for the Hockey World Cup after eight years and praised their performance. During the meeting, he also announced employment opportunities for those players who are currently unemployed.
The meeting between the national hockey team players and head coach Khawaja Junaid took place at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi said that the PCB will arrange medical treatment for injured hockey players and will continue to support them as it has done in the past.

He also expressed his best wishes for the Pakistan hockey team ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
After the meeting, head coach Khawaja Junaid and captain Imad Butt spoke to the media and thanked PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi for his strong support, saying that his encouragement has greatly boosted the morale of the players.
PCB Chief Operating Officer Sameer Ahmad, Chief Financial Officer, and other directors were also present on the occasion.
