A graceful and prestigious ceremony was organized by the Sindh Olympic Association at Sindh Olympic Secretariat Office, KMC Sports Complex , Kashmir Road, Karachi. The event was attended by prominent sports personalities, officials, and office-bearers of various sports associations.
On this occasion, Sindh Olympic Association held a special ceremony in honor of Sana Ali for becoming the first-ever female Chef de Mission of the Pakistani contingent for the 6th Asian Beach Games in Sanya, China.
Addressing the ceremony, Ahmed Ali Rajput congratulated Sana Ali and said it is a historic moment for both Sindh and Pakistan. Further Presidents, secretaries, and representatives of various sports associations affiliated with the SOA also paid tribute to her achievement.
Speaking on the occasion, Sana Ali thanked Almighty Allah and expressed pride that Sindh had received this honor for the first time.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, honorary shields were distributed among the organizers of the 35th National Games and distinguished personalities from different sports. Honorary shields were awarded to Engineer Mehfooz ul Haq, Jameel Ahmed, Nadeem Khan, and SOA Media Coordinator Kashif Ahmed Farooqi.
