11th Sultan Johor Hockey Cup played in Johor Bahru (Malaysia)
In second match Pakistan faced New Zealand and won by a score of 3-2. Pakistan scored all three goals through penalty corners. The first goal was scored by Arbaz Ali in the 7th minute, the second by Basharat Ali in the 30th minute, and the third by Muhammad Sufian Khan in the 48th minute. New Zealand scored their first goal in the 58th minute and their second goal in the dying moments of the match.

Pakistan’s victory was celebrated by the President of the Pakistan Hockey Federation, Brigadier R. Khalid Sajjad Khokhar, and Secretary-General Olympian Rana Mujahid Ali. The official delegation with the national team includes Team Manager Lieutenant Colonel R. Asif Naz Khokhar, Consultant Roy Clements, Olympian Coach Shakeel Abbasi, Asif Ahmed Khan International, Muhammad Ali International, and Video Analyst Nadim Khan Lodhi.
Pakistan’s Junior Hockey Team will play their third and final match against the host team, Malaysia, on October 31st at 5:34 PM.
The participating teams in the event are divided into two pools. Pool A consists of Australia, Germany, Britain, and South Africa, while Pool B includes India, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Pakistan.
