FIFA has confirmed the expanded FIFA Series 2026™ set for the March April international window next year, featuring more host nations and for the first time women’s national teams. Building on the successful 2024 pilot, the event will unite teams from different confederations, offering valuable international exposure and supporting FIFA’s 2023–2027 Strategic Objectives for global football development.

The men’s Series will be hosted in countries including Australia, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Puerto Rico, Rwanda and Uzbekistan, with more hosts expected. The women’s edition will debut with events in Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire and Thailand.

Designed as friendly-match clusters, the FIFA Series aims to enhance technical growth, commercial opportunities and cultural exchange by enabling teams to face opponents from other continents without expanding the match calendar.
