India has once again refused to play against Pakistan, this time in the semi-final of the World Championship of Legends. The match was scheduled to take place in Birmingham, England.

Earlier in the tournament’s round stage, India had already boycotted a match against Pakistan, awarding them a walkover. Now, by refusing to play the semi-final, Pakistan will automatically qualify for the final of the World Championship of Legends.

According to Indian media, five Indian players refused to play against Pakistan in the semi-final. These include team captain Yuvraj Singh, Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan, and Yusuf Pathan.

Previously, during the initial stage of the tournament, some Indian players had also declined to play against Pakistan. They had demanded that Pakistan exclude Shahid Afridi from their playing XI.
