Pakistan Cricket Board’s former Management Committee Chairman, Zaka Ashraf, has resigned from his position citing personal commitments.

Zaka Ashraf submitted his resignation on January 20th. It is noteworthy that Zaka Ashraf had already stepped down from the role of PCB Management Committee Chairman on January 19th.

Zaka Ashraf resigned from both the positions of Chairman PCB Management Committee and the Board of Governors. It should be noted that on Monday, January 22nd, the Chief Minister of Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, was given approval to appoint Mohsin Naqvi as the Chairman of the PCB Management Committee.

It is clear that the caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab has approved the appointment of Mohsin Naqvi as the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee on January 22nd.

According to sources, the caretaker Chief Minister has also approved Mohsin Naqvi’s appointment as a member of the PCB Board of Governors.
