Karachi: West Indies Women’s cricket team secured a comprehensive victory over Pakistan Women’s team in the fifth T20I, winning the series 1-4.

Playing at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, West Indies captain Hayley Matthews won the toss and opted to fielding first.

Pakistan Women’s team managed to score 134 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Sidra Ameen played a notable innings of 48 runs, supported by Muneeba Ali with 25 runs and Ayesha Zafar with 22 runs. Additionally, Rameen Shamim contributed 16 runs before being dismissed.

West Indies’ Afy Fletcher took 3 wickets while Qiana Joseph claimed 2 wickets.

Chasing a target of 135 runs, West Indies Women achieved victory comfortably in the 19th over with 2 wickets in hand.
